panoramic locations of the houses makes it extremely attractive to spend ones
entire vacation on the Tenuta, swimming, horse riding, walking, relaxing.
However, this is a great location from which to explore Tuscany and Umbria while enjoying a totally rural atmosphere at the same
time. The Tenuta is central to the zone encompassing Orvieto,
Perugia, Florence and
Sienna, with Rome,
Pisa being more distant but
easily reached for a day's outing. The wine and art towns of southern Tuscany - Pienza,
